How we make money

We believe in transparency about how this service works commercially.

KitchenQuote is an independent platform. We think it's important to be transparent about how we generate revenue, so you can evaluate our content and introductions with full information.

Referral fees from suppliers

When we introduce a homeowner to a kitchen company or cabinet maker and a project proceeds, we may receive a referral fee from that supplier. This is how most lead-generation services in the home renovation industry work. The referral fee is paid by the supplier, not by you, and doesn't increase what you pay for your kitchen renovation.

What this means for our content

Our cost guides, material comparisons, and planning advice are written to inform homeowners, not to direct them toward particular suppliers. We do not accept payment from suppliers in exchange for editorial coverage, higher rankings, or favourable descriptions. See our editorial policy for detail on how we maintain this separation.

Advertising

We may display advertising on some pages of this site. Advertising placements are clearly marked and don't influence our editorial content.

What we don't do

We don't charge homeowners for quote requests or introductions. We don't accept payment from suppliers to feature in cost guides or comparison pages. We don't mark up any product or service pricing — what you pay your kitchen company has nothing to do with any referral fee we may receive.
